In recent news, a local leader that focuses on digital presence management in Texas announced the launch of an online reputation management solution. According to Business Wire, this new service will enhance Advice Local’s existing review services, making it easier to monitor business reviews and social aspects from one screen. This product will introduce new features that will improve customer relationships.
CEO of Advice Local, Bernadette Coleman knows that social presence and managing reviews are extremely important to most businesses and Advice Local’s goal is to make it easy for those businesses to take control of their reviews and online management in one single product. She claims that 84 percent of consumers have significant trust in online reviews just as they would a recommendation from friends or family.
The company’s new Reputation Module gives businesses with significant social media presence the ability to have a comprehensive review of all of their presence at once. This new dashboard can give businesses a combined overview of different levels that include the ability to monitor all location reviews from customers, receive alerts when new reviews appear, and manage the business’ proactive responses. This dashboard will also encourage customers to submit reviews using their review widget, analyze and monitor multiple social media platforms, and identify any negative issues.
Advice Local’s new product will make it much simpler for businesses to both encourage reviews and address negative ones. It gives businesses a better understanding of the experiences of their customers and can help improve overall relationships between the business and their customers. They will now be able to easily manage and monitor their online presence with ease.
These reviews will also be accompanied by a Sentiment Score that combines star rating with comments from customers to help give a complete picture of a customer’s reaction. Business clients also have the option to receive daily email updates to give them a more detailed reputation report.
